Shipping policy
1. Where does Flavrs ship to?
We currently ship within Malaysia — including both West and East Malaysia. Stay tuned as we work on expanding to more locations.
2. How much is the shipping fee?

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
We try to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible:
- West Malaysia: 2–3 working days
- East Malaysia: 6–8 working days
Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking link to keep an eye on your parcel.
4. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. Didn’t receive it after 2 working days? No worries — just drop us a message at hello@flavrs.com.my and we’ll sort it out for you.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s considered final — we’re usually pretty quick at packing and shipping, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. That said, if you need help or made a mistake, don’t panic! Drop us an email at hello@flavrs.com.my as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.
