At Flavrs, your happiness means the world to us — and we do our best to make sure every order arrives just the way it should.

Because our products are personal care items, we aren’t able to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is made — this helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers.

But if something’s gone wrong, don’t worry — we’ve got you. If you’ve received:

  • The wrong item
  • A product that’s damaged or faulty upon delivery

Just drop us an email at hello@flavrs.com.my within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item you received
  • A quick description of the issue

Our team will review your case and offer a solution — whether that’s a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for review
  • We can’t accept returns for change-of-mind reasons (thanks for understanding!)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was on our end
